Organic Maltose syrup is also called organic maltose, the raw material is organic rice. Afrter liquefied and saccharified by enzyme, it will be condensed and made into one kind of syru with maltose as its main ingredients, pure, genial and sweet. Under the condition of acdity, it is equipped with advantages of comparative stability and high infiltration. It looks transparent from light yellow to brown yellow, glutinous without any residues and has an odour of malt.

It can be used in the production of many kinds of candies, biscuits, pastries, bakes, additives, barbecued jam, fruit jams and other kinds of flavors.
